I suggest that we offer platform commit rights to Pal Sandhu in
appreciation of his weekly contribution to our project. His work is
consistently delicious and always appreciated and eagerly anticipated.
Virtually all members of the Ottawa platform teams can attest to his work
and I hope they do so by acknowledging this message with a +1.
