Also I find it usefull to disable swap usage. If you let your computer
stand by for a while, since ram usage is very high, Windows swaps the memory.
Then eclipse runs very very slow.
If you're comfortable with 512mb up limit you may think disabling the swap.

-exclude validation in window properties (jsp validation first)
- start eclipse with -Xmx256M (256 mb or more)
