Hi,

Unfortuantely I was not able to find any documentation online.

I have a book - that gives pretty nice guide for the whole IDE and includes a chapter on debugging

 

Getting started is easy.

Go to Debug as and set all the parameters. then debug.

If you have any specific questions let me know, I have been working with Eclipse to debug my JAVA app for past 2 months ...
