[eclipse-dev] How to setup System properties

We are using JewelBox for our implementation .Im trying to run a Junit test and it fails as it cannot find the JewelBox System properites.but Im able to run from ant build script.
we define the following properites in our build.properties
JewelBox.Home=c:/dev
JewelBox.LoaderClass=org.jewelbox.service.startup.AppServerStartup
JewelBox.SvcConfig=com/mckesson/service/verifyinsurance/etc/service.svc.xml

How I can make this available within eclipse ,when I run Junit test from  IDE.
