The bugzilla plug-in currently isn't part of the eclipse.org CVS
repository. This makes community development quite difficult. A comment
made in bug 78426 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=78426)
suggests development from the original contributers is stopping as well.
Are there any plans to move this plug-in into eclipse.org's public CVS?

I've filed a bug against the plug-in to track the issue.
