Debug/Ant:
- M4 Release - test pass, bug fixing, release notes
- resolved a couple transient debug test failures

Rel. Eng.:
- moving to 3.1M4 plugins in builds this week
- testing modifications in build and test scripts to handle tar.gz files
- adding internal api checking tool to builds
- incorporating Linux GTK fingerprints in performance results
- no builds between Dec. 25 - Jan 3 inclusive
- vacation

JDT/UI:
- M4 release - test pass, bug fixing, new & noteworthy
- theme J2SE 5.0:
  - added support for varargs to extract method
  - updated flow analysis to handle enhanced for loop
- theme large scale:
  - added code templates to project specific preference pages
- misc:
  - released new source folder configuration page (new wizard &
    build path properties). Must be enabled via Work In Progress
    preference page.

Platform/JDT Text:
- shipped 3.1 M4
- started 3.1 M5 planning
- added hover support for folding annotations
- finishing new spell checking API (still in progress)
- bug fixing

User Assistance:
- more progress in the new Help view
- more progress in using XHTML as an alternative authoring format for
  the intro pages

PDE:
- M4
- the reworked site editor released today 
- M5 planning
- we can now run JUnit tests in compatibility-free RCP targets

Team/CVS:
- bug fixing (Mon-Weds)
- team will on vacation from 24th Dec until 6th of January.
