[eclipse-dev] eclipse 3.0's big look

hi all,

i am rohit makasana, using eclipse 3.0 with redhat linux 9.0.
Eclipse's outlook view is looking too big. so i want to reduce its
resolution. Currently i have monitor resolution of 1024 x 768.

 Even some of sub dialog of eclipse can not be fully seen in monitor
screen. So how i can reduce resolution of eclipse 3.0.
