[eclipse-dev] How to publish a plug-in

Hi,

We are from Lanka Software Foundation.
We have created a plug-in to integrate the WSDL2Ws tool in Axis C/C++ into
Eclipse. We have finished its initial version.

Plug-in: org.lsf.axis.wsdl2ws_1.0.0

Brief Description:
User should load a wsdl file into eclipse navigator window. Then if he
right-click on the wsdl file, the popup menu will display the option to
execute the tool.

We want to publish it. then it can be used by any user.
Pls let us know what is the way we should follow to publish it.
