Due to the introduction of shared "Annotations" and "Quick Diff"
preferences pages (Workbench > Editors) the corresponding Text Editor and
Java Editor preferences will get lost when starting an existing workbench
with last nights (or newer) build. The Ant Editor will probably follow
shortly.
