Hi all, 
 
   I am new to Eclipse. I am trying to develop a C/C++ IDE from Eclipse.Can I use the 
Eclipse IDE plugin for this purpose.How can I make modifications to Eclipse plugin?Is the 
source code available for Eclipse plugin(startup.jar)? 
 
Please give me guidance....
