All teams will be required to give a
go/no go status for the 200312180955 build as the 3.0 M6 candidate build.
 The other builds today will only require verification from those
teams that have submitted fixes.

Regarding the build schedule, today
was an extraordinary situation.  Due to our limited number  build
machines, we really can't run more than one build every four hours.  If
we this situation were to arise again during milestone week, we would run
another build outside the normal build schedule only if a fix could be
provided in a timeframe that allowed the subsequent builds to proceed.
