The build started at 8:30 pm EST.  Core
team - please validate the build as soon as it is available.  Build
200311192030 will be the 3.0 M5 Test candidate if the core team gives it
a thumbs up.

Core team will have to request a rebuild.  These test failures are
symptoms of the deadlock reported earlier today:

Unfortunately when we submitted a "fix" for the 1200 build we
made the situation worse.  Map files have been updated and we are
ready for a rebuild.  I believe only core team will need to validate
this build for testing.
