Core team will have to request a rebuild.
 These test failures are symptoms of the deadlock reported earlier
today:

Unfortunately when we submitted a "fix"
for the 1200 build we made the situation worse.  Map files have been
updated and we are ready for a rebuild.  I believe only core team
will need to validate this build for testing.
