TEAM/CVS
All 4 failures are in the teardown. Not sure why though but this does not
affect the build. We have sanity checked the current build and it is OK
for testing.

I apologize for the lack of build results. I started another build without
changing the directory where the tests are run so one clown nose for me.
The tests did complete. ...here are the test results in zipped format
There were no failures on Linux. There were 3 platform-core failures and
4 teamcvs failures.
