Just to confirm that my previous GO status is obsoleted by this late bug
discovery.
return cast expression are likely misgenerated, and lead to a verify
error.
We are going to resubmit as soon as we are ready.
Note: neither JCK1.a, JCK1.4 or Jacks test suites found this defect
either... (ours did not find it either). We found it by attempting to
backport a fix to 2.1.1 stream using a 3.0M2 IDE, and some 2.1.1 code in
JDT/Core did exhibit this code pattern.
