[eclipse-dev] JDT/Core will contribute to M2 recovery build

Our previous fix wasn't quite right, we have redone it, and recontributed
accordingly.
We are ready for a rebuild at any time.

We want to contribute a fix for:
40210 ICompilationUnit#isWorkingCopy() misbehaving for discarded working
copies

Fix is in, map files are updated.
