There are releng failures in N20030714 due to chkpii errors in the following
files: 

org.eclipse.update.scheduler\plugin.xml 
org.eclipse.compare.examples.xml\doc-html\tutorial_and_examples.html
org.eclipse.compare.examples.xml\doc-html\ui_xmlcompare_ex.html

Please fix or let me know if these files should be ignored in chkpii testing
before tomorrow's M2 warm-up build.
