The releng tests failures are related
the chkpii errors in the following files:

 org.eclipse.team.cvs.ui_2.1.0/plugin.xml
org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv_3.0.0/doc_zip/reference/extension-points/org_eclipse_ui_commands.html

Please fix for the next build or let
me know if these files should be ignored in the chkpii testing.
