The build failed because a plugin version
difference between its' plugin.xml and the version listed in the org.eclipse.platform.qnx.photon/feature.xml.
 I have updated this feature, a rebuild will begin shortly.

Contributors, please remember to notify
releng of any plugin version changes so the appropriate features can be
updated.
