[eclipse-dev] Marking changes to plans with a date

Hi!

On most of the plan pages (at least the Platform and JDT plans) there's no
indication of the latest change. Could I perhaps pursuade you to introduce
such a date and to change it whenever changes are made to the plans
(content, dates, progress indication etc.)? I would make it so much easier
for us keen fans to track changes.
