We have found problem in help with opening URLs in a browser that affects
users using Mozilla and Netcacpe >=6 browsers.
If browser is already opened, requests to open other URLs in the browser
result in parts of URL getting corrupted.  The details are in report
http://dev.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=35412 .  The problem got
exposed recently by a workaround released in M5 for another, minor Mozilla
problem.  We have a fix to remove the breaking workaround and placing it in
the HTML where it causes no breakage.

Please look at the proposed change, and report any concerns.
