[eclipse-dev] Build schedule update

The build schedule has been updated to reflect what is going on up until the end of next week.

In summary, the following builds are scheduled:

Integration build: Thursday, February 27, 8:00 am EST
Integration build: Tuesday, March 4, 8:00 am EST
RC2 Candidate build: Thursday, March 6, 8:00 am EST

Rebuilds will take place as required.
