If there are errors in your log file about malformed project descriptions, then you're in trouble.  This was only experienced in the presence of linked resources with very long names, but it could also occur with natures, builders, etc, that have long names.  If there are no errors in your log, then it's likely no damage was done.  I would still recommend backing out and waiting for the rebuild.

Is there any conclusive way to check if my workspace has been corrupted or
should I just start a new workspace?
