When it rains it pours,

Due to errors in build submissions the org.eclipse.pde plugin built without its jar file.  This means that this integration build will not self host and, in fact, may not be able to do much of anything concerned with running and debugging Java code.

For now we recommend that you stick with Integration build I20020508.  If you are working with Install/Update then you can continue to use this build but remember to use the -update command line option described by Vlad in an earlier message to this list.
