The help web interface does not come up in the 20020423 integration build
due to the bug

The small patch is attached to the bug report
http://dev.eclipse.org/bugs/showattachment.cgi?attach_id=692
Download and rename the patch to have ".zip" extension.  Then unzip inside
"plugins" directory.
