It might only affect people running Ant scripts. A messages.properties file was left out of the new org.eclipse.pde.build plug-in and you might get errors about it. A patch (pdebuild.jar) is available at the Platform Ant home page under "Development Resources". Just replace the one from the build by this new one. It will be fixed for Thursday's integration build.
