This build should not be used.  It will be removed from the download page 
to avoid further access.

The following defect causes the build to be unacceptable:
When you run the debugger, the metadata of all projects in your workspace 
is modified (a builder
is added to each project).  This is a bigger modification than intended. 
When releasing the project 
to a repository, this metadata is then shared with the team.

If you are already using this build, you should not release code to the 
repository.  In addition, you 
should discard your workspace (after extracting any code changes you have 
made).

We will do another integration build today that avoids this problem.
