That is because the Team menu does not adapt currently - the adaptable tag
needs to be set and will be for the next build.
I will send you the correct plugin.xml is a seperate mail.

It seems that the Team menu is missing from the packages view (still
available from the Navigator). Was it on purpose? I could not find
buildnotes about that and decided to ask before opening a bug.
