I do not believe there is a 'user mailing list'. Eclipse's mailing list are
for Eclipse developers.
 I believe eclipse's user either use the eclipse.tools newsgroup or the
#eclipse IRC channel.

Where can I find the general user mailing list?  My eclipse does not work
