Declaration for the Riena Project

The Riena project (http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/riena/) is a proposed open source project under the Eclipse Technology Project.

Riena will provide a homogeneous platform for enterprise business applications from the user interface to backend integration, all based on the proven Equinox/Eclipse Platform. Riena will broaden the usage of the service oriented architecture of OSGi/Equinox by providing access to local and remote services in a transparent way.
