To accommodate the additional content, we have expanded into another venue that is very close to the Forum. On Tuesday afternoon and all day Wednesday, two tracks will be at the Film- und Medienzentrum (FMZ), just east of the Forum. 		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<table width="100%"><tr><td style=""><p><a href="http://www.eclipsecon.org/summiteurope2010/">Eclipse Summit Europe</a>&nbsp;(ESE) will be held November 2-4, 2010 in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The Program Committee is now accepting proposals for session talks at the conference. The main topics areas for ESE 2010 are embedded, modeling, runtimes, and Eclipse SDK 4.0 (e4). The deadline for submissions is August 16, 2010.</p><p>To encourage you to submit your ideas early (rather than waiting until August 16), the Program Committee will select five early-bird talks from the submissions sent in&nbsp;<b>by August 2</b>. This means you have two weeks to&nbsp;<a href="http://www.eclipsecon.org/summiteurope2010/submissions/">submit a talk</a>&nbsp;to be considered for the early-bird selection. The submitters of the five chosen talks receive an ESE shirt! Early-bird selections will be announced August 9.</p><p>The Program Committee is looking forward to creating another excellent technical program for the conference. <p> The Eclipse Foundation wants to better understand how you develop
software, use Eclipse and interact with open source communities.
Therefore, we are asking people to give us their feedback by
participating in the <a
 href="http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/eclipse2010">Eclipse Community
Survey 2010</a>. The results will be published by the Eclipse
Foundation in June 2010. </p>
<p>Everyone is invited to complete the survey before May 15, 2010. It
should take less than 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be
held in confidence. As a token of appreciation, survey participants
will be entered into a draw for an opportunity to win Eclipse shirts
and grand prize of a pass to <a

holding a spring training series. The training is an excellent
opportunity for software developers and architects to learn more about
Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP), Equinox &amp; OSGi and Modeling.
Eclipse experts will lead the sessions, providing
practical experience through classroom instruction and hands-on labs.
Virtual and on-site classes have been scheduled in several countries
from April 12 to May 28, 2010.<br>
