[ecf-dev] blogging for Photon

Hi Folks,

For those of you that don't pay attention to planeteclipse...

I've started blogging about the ECF Photon release.   My plan is to have 
a separate blog entry for the 4 or so major additions to ECF for Photon 
release.  I've done two already [1] and [2].

These will eventually be made into New and Noteworthy entries in time 
for the actual release.
