[ecf-dev] JavaGroups distribution provider updated, simplified, and refa

Hi Folks,

I recently updated/refactored/simplified the JavaGroups (aka JGroups) 
remote service distribution provider [1].   It's smaller, simpler, fewer 
dependencies, is more configurable and extensible by using the latest 
released jGroups (3.6.8.Final) and also uses the new ECF distribution 
provider API [2].

I've also added documentation to the distribution providers 
documentation page [3].
