Hi Folks,

I've scheduled an ECF minor release (3.13.0) [1] as over the past week 
I've been making some small additions to the ECF Remote Services API to 
make it easier to create new distribution providers.   This has been 
driven by some folks using Karaf that want to create a small performant 
OSGi RSA distribution provider based upon Hawt.io [2].

If you have other things that you would like to contribute to 3.13.0 
please do so immediately and I will add to release description.  Be sure 
to describe on this mailing list so people are aware.
