[ecf-dev] ECF 3.10.1 released

Hi Folks.

ECF 3.10.1 maintenance is now available [1].    A significant number of 
bugs were resolved [2], and quite a bit of work occurred in simplifying, 
refactoring and adding Karaf features [3], as well as adding 
documentation and examples.

Wim when you get a chance would you please update the marketplace metadata.
