[ecf-dev] osgi TCK test projects

Hi Wim, Markus, and all,

Since last Friday, the R5 and R6 TCK build/tests have been hanging, 
apparently in the zookeeper discovery provider.  See the most recent 
failed runs of:

Do either of you have any insight about why this might be happening?   
e.g. perhaps the zookeeper server that we've been running is down?   Or 
something else associated with the zookeeper discovery provider?
