Great.  I've added my previous comments about suggested implementation 
to the bug.

There are two ways

1) Gerrit  see [1] (ECF has Gerrit enabled)
2) patch files attached to the bug 445729.

I think since we will probably both be doing some of the implementation 
and going back and forth, it may be easier to use 2 (patches to bug) for 
this, but if you are game I'm willing to use Gerrit.  Your choice.
