[ecf-dev] update of buckminster needed in builder

Hi Folks,

We've been requested by the platform to update the version of 
Buckminster being used in our build sometime before platform M7 (which 
given the necessary lead time means about April 26 this year).  The 
relevant bugs are [1] and [2].

Markus and/or Wim...could one of you help with this during the coming 
week?   I don't currently know enough about the builder config to do 
this...and even if I did I don't think I have sufficient perms to do so 
currently.
