[ecf-dev] ECF 3.8.0 released

Hi Folks,

ECF 3.8.0 is completed and released.   Download [1], New and Noteworthy 
[2], Build and release info [3].

Note that a 'last-second' addition was the creation of Apache Karaf 
features for the ECF SDK to make it easier to install and run ECF's OSGi 
Remote Services/RSA implemenation on Apache Karaf.   See the download 
page and/or New and Noteworthy for links describing how to install ECF 
Remote Services into Apache Karaf Runtimes...and run our TimeService 
examples.

Wim...when you get a chance would you please update the Eclipse 
Marketplace info to reflect the new ECF version available?
