Re: [ecf-dev] feature refactoring
Scott,

While building the Feature Development Environment [2]  (in e4) I could not run it in an E3 workbench and therefore it could not analyze the workbench features and plugins so I got sidetracked to fixing this[1] first. 

The good news, this seems done and is waiting Gerrit review [3].

The bad news is that I have not done any more analysis than I have done now. 

The good news is that I can continue working on FDE and should have a model of the current situation by the end of the weekend (providing my wife does not kill me)

Then we need to discuss the new model. I have great experience with feature modeling but unfortunately not with all the details of ECF so we need to sit together (virtually) and wade through all the features. What do you say if we take a slot next week for a couple of hours and to take a stab at the model?.

It looks to me that the My.model pointed to at dropbox below only has a single feature (ECF Core Feature) and two bundles (ecf core and identity).    Were there other ECF features included in this model (or other models)...or is this ECF core the only one that's been modeled so far?

Load the projects into your eclipse and run the EMF editor. I am building an editor for it that can run in E4 which is not yet finished.
