Build #128 might as well become 3.7.1. It's from this morning (CET) and
no code change has happened since. Scott, you would just have to copy
staging/3.7.1 one level up.

Btw. the tag is "R-Release_HEAD-sdk_feature-128_2013-10-27_15-02-02" [2].
