Hi Terry,

assuming 5.6.2 is a typo and you actually refer to 3.5.6, then you will
find it on http://archive.eclipse.org/rt/ecf/3.5.6/site.p2 We regularly
clean up our download location to reduce load on the mirrors in
preparation for the annual simrel.

PS: Are you a direct consumer of ECF or just building the 3.8 IDE?
