[ecf-dev] Zookeeper provider update?

Hi Folks,

We/ECF are currently using zookeeper 3.3.3 for our zookeeper discovery 
API.   Would there be any utility to upgrading things to use a more 
recent version of Zookeeper?  The zk project page shows that the current 
stable release is 3.4.5...and zk 3.4.5 seems to be the most recent 
version of zk in Orbit [1] and [2].

If it makes sense, it could be part of ECF 3.7...which we have not yet 
defined...nor scheduled...but a good time to discuss future 
releases...as we are essentially done for ECF 3.6.1/Kepler release 
coming out in a few weeks.
