[ecf-dev] ECF conference call notes

Hi Folks,

Earlier today we had an ECF conference call...here is the agenda+meeting 
notes [1].

The Kepler-relevant highlight:  We (ECF) will produce planned release 
builds for Kepler on May 3, May 10, and May 21.   These dates are to 
meet the desires of the Kepler simultaneous release as expressed by 
David Williams on [2].

If some unexpected critical bug is identified the needs a build of 
non-httpclient4 parts of ECF, we will be able to schedule a later ECF 
build.  The httpclient4 contribution will have it's final release build 
on May 21, however.

Remember to consult our ramp-down policy for timing of all work that's 
going on [3]
