Hi Markus and Wim,

I don't have any objection to this (resolving xpp library as bundle), 
but particularly given that xpp is not yet in Orbit...this will/would 
take some doing (especially around the IP approval, Orbit contribution, 
and ECF releng) that I'm personally not able to give prior to Juno.

But if one or several committers wish to take this on...I would welcome it.
