That's up to all of us (committers and contributors)...and as far as I'm 
concerned hasn't been decided yet.  I would like to hear what everyone 
would like to do WRT Juno.

But if the answer from everyone is the latter, then we're going to need 
some contributions over the next two months...e.g. to help with releng, 
help with feature work, and help with review.
