[ecf-dev] ECF 3.5.3 released

Hi Folks,

I'm happy to announce that ECF 3.5.3 is now released.  This is a 
maintenance/bug fix release only.

Thanks due to committers, contributors, OSU OSL, and the entire ECF 
community.   Please see the download link and other release info below.

I will make a blog announcement over next day or two...if others can do 
this also, it would be most welcome.
