[ecf-dev] missing file in dnssd provider

Hi Folks,

According to this bug [1], there is a missing legal file (about.html?) 
in the dnssd provider plugin (see the attachment on [1]).

We won't be able to actually address fix this issue for Indigo (as our 
3.5.1 build/contribution has already been made), so we'll have to apply 
for a waiver (and I'll take care of that).  But at some point this 
should be fixed for future releases.
