[ecf-dev] ECF 3.5 Released

Hi Folks,

ECF 3.5 is now released.   See the links below for download, install, 
and new features information.

This release includes major new support for the Remote Service Admin 
(RSA) enterprise spec, support for a popular rpc protocol (xml-rpc), 
support for non-Equinox/Felix frameworks, revised documentation [5], new 
and improved build, many bug fixes, and other things.  See [2] for details.

Congratulations to the community for what is truly a wonderful 
release.    I hope that everyone is as proud as I am of the community 
accomplishment.
