Why don't you push the javadoc dir to eclipse.org as part of the build
job like it's done for the zips...? If only certain (released) builds
are supposed to upload javadoc, make it part of the "Promotion process"
post build step .
P.S.: You will have to contact OSU (Lance) to get shell access to
